The Blend

Our Masala Chai tweaks the North Indian classic for Western palates, dialing up ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla for a cozy, irresistible twist. The aromas alone— spicy and intoxicating— will rouse you before your first sip.

Core spices like cinnamon, cardamom, clove, nutmeg, and black pepper (the famed "panch masala") inspire everything from chai to sweets. Traditionally simmered with milk and sugar in massive kettles, it's aerated by pouring from on high, then savored all day in small glasses with a fresh spice sprinkle.

Brewing Recommendation

Steep for 3 minutes in 212°F water. Add milk and sugar for the full traditional experience.
